Access of Services

• Enrollment at the University will be on an individual basis; no group applications will be accepted.
• You will apply for the course via Our Partner Institutes page on the website without making an account, pay the application cost, and then receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
• Tuition is payable directly to Practice Gates.
• To enter into a contract with practicegates.sa, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank that we accept. Practicegates.sa reserves the right to deny any request you make. When you apply, you represent and warrant that the information you submit is true and correct, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make payment, and that there are adequate funds to cover the cost of the services. All listed prices are subject to change.

Description of Products and Services

• We establish a Micro Educational Hub in which we define practical courses that made available to universities, who in turn supply the infrastructure and arrange the campus environment for the purpose of execution the courses, hosting and supervising students.
• Our product is designed for the individual to apply and join the campus, where an individual certified partner is allocated to the applicant "from the university side," with no requirement to be a member of the group to begin a course.
• The institute will arrange a Voluntary Job and Academic Activities for applicants to attend in accordance with course requirements in order to be a practical partner.
• Courses will be available in four distinct lengths (8 weeks – 16 weeks) and official holidays are included.
• The course tuition includes both lodging and meals.
• The course institutes will end with a certificate upon completion of the program.

Cancellation and Refunds

As we represent our partner institutes, we will follow its lawful process on this matter. Kindly contact us if you wish to cancel or get a refund.

Obligations of the Client

Client does not need to establish an account in order to utilize the website's services.

1.  The client will apply for the preferred program online and complete the application.
2.  The client will pay for the application online.
3.  The client will not be reimbursed for the application fee.
4.  Offline, the client will practice model they have chosen with the university.
5.  Client will pay program tuition fee to Practice Gates.
6.  The client must adhere to the host country's laws.
7.  If a legal disagreement emerges during the course of the program, the client should contact their embassy; PRACTICE GATES will not be held liable for any issue.
8.  The client agreed that we may analyse their data in order to improve our services.

Disclaimer of Liability

The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. If the Parties are unable to resolve a disagreement via good faith negotiation, they agree to resort to binding mediation or arbitration. If nothing of the preceding options succeeds, the Parties may bring the case to the Court with jurisdiction over the subject.

Legislation/Jurisdiction

The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State and/or Country in which the Parties anticipate performing their obligations under this Agreement. If this Agreement's obligations are to be carried out in various States and/or Countries, it shall be governed by the host country's laws. Any legal or equitable action arising out of or pertaining to these Terms will be conducted only in the courts having jurisdiction over the issue.

Complete Agreement

The foregoing Terms of Service represent the parties' complete agreement and replace any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and practicegates.sa. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service shall be effective only if it is in writing and signed by a practicegates.sa Director.
